ABOUT THE ARTIST
Born in the USA to Cuban parents, Patricia grew up in Brazil, and moved back to the US in her teen years. She started her architecture studies at Catholic University of America in Washington DC where she was awarded the Foreign Studies Award for excelling in design. After completing her undergraduate studies traveling through Europe, Scandinavia and Russia, she went on to complete her Masters in Architecture at Georgia Tech. After over 12 years practicing architecture in small and large firms with a focus in international design, she relocated to Mexico and then Switzerland where she did freelance planning and design work and began painting. Years later after another move, this time to Spain, her creative energy and desire to do large bold pieces led her to begin working in ink. She now paints at her home studio in Miami inspired by new painting mediums and her various international and multi-cultural experiences.

They are the songs I can't sing, the poems I don't write, and my stories untold."
