SHIPPING POLICY

-See FAQ tab at the top of the home page for delivery times.

-Shipping will be calculated at checkout based on weight code of total order and

whether it is a U.S. or International destination.  

-Most artworks on paper will ship in a tube.  

If you would like yours shipped flat, please call to get a confirmed price.

-Any rigid or framed artworks will be shipped flat in box or crate.  Please call for pricing on this as it will vary by piece and location.  We always strive to use the most economical method available while making sure your artwork arrives safely.

-Art blocks will ship in a box.

-Mirrored pieces from the Reflections Series will have to be crated. Crate and shipping cost at checkout is only an estimated placeholder.  Please call before ordering for a confirmed price.

Please call or email for lead time on Acrylic Prints.  I estimate approximately 14 days.

RETURN POLICY

Of course we hope you will love your new artwork but if you decide it is not for you, please notify us via email within 3 days of receipt and return the artwork within 10 business days of receipt, unless noted otherwise.  Your refund (minus the non-refundable shipping costs) will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned artwork.  We do not take responsibility for any damages to the artwork if not packaged correctly before return and cannot refund if the artwork is not in pristine sellable condition.

PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay with your credit card through the site directly.  If you would prefer to pay using another method, please call or email so we can coordinate details of your order.
